Every case is different. Cost will vary depending on case complexity.  For example, a client’s prior record (if any) and the result that client hopes to achieve.

Bring any paperwork that you received from the Court and/or Police.  Bring any photos, text messages, medical records, etc. that could work for or against you.

Comparing your case to someone else's is not recommended. Each case is unique. Before making any promises, I will get to know the facts inside and out (ie. evidence problems, prior history or other legal factors). I will also get to know you as a person to help you achieve the best result.

It depends. Sometimes the police are in a hurry. Sometimes they drag their feet. Some cases are simple. Others are more complicated. I will analyze your specific situation to give you an accurate answer.

When the police fail to take the proper action, you may have grounds to have evidence thrown out.  Key word here... may. We will explore that possibility together.
